Alan put this together specifically for you

[Business Name], you're losing customers to competitors who aren't as good as you.

I set up your listing on Navigate San Diego and noticed something. Watch the video, then grab a time to talk.

If you're seeing this, your spot in your neighborhood is still open.

What I found

Here's who's getting your customers right now.

Every time someone in your neighborhood searches for what you do on Google, this is what they see. The decision takes three seconds.

Top 3 in your area

That competitor isn't better than you. They just have happy customers who keep saying so. And a system that makes sure they never stop.

The true cost of silence

Right now, someone in your neighborhood just chose your competitor. They didn't know you existed.

3 seconds to decide · The trust gap

They searched for what you do. They saw a list. They picked the business that looked most trusted in three seconds and moved on. That happened today. It will happen again tomorrow. Not because you're not good enough. Because your happy customers are staying quiet and nobody ever built a system to change that.

What Customers Check Before They Call
47%
of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.

If your profile has fewer than 20 reviews, nearly half of consumers won't consider you, no matter how good your work is. Not because you're not good enough. Because your profile isn't showing it.

74%
only pay attention to reviews from the last 3 months
31%
will only use a business rated 4.5 stars or higher
94%
are open to writing a review

THE MATH

Same bad review. Very different result.

10 reviews
Rating before
4.7
After one 1-star review
4.4
Drops under the 4.5 line
One unlucky day moves the whole rating.
100 reviews
Rating before
4.7
After one 1-star review
4.7
Stays above the 4.5 line
The same review barely registers.

The 4.5 line: 31% of consumers will only use a business rated 4.5 stars or higher (BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026). The rest is arithmetic. Ten reviews averaging 4.7 plus one 1-star review is 4.4. One hundred reviews averaging 4.7 plus one 1-star review is 4.7.

Most of your customers already had a great experience with you. They just never got asked to say so. That's all this is. A simple system that asks after every job.

How it works

Job done → Text sent → Review posted

1
Job marked complete

With job software, this happens on its own. No software? Add the name and number yourself, about 10 seconds.

Example
Water heater install
[Customer name] · [Phone number]
Complete
2
Customer gets a text

A short, friendly ask goes out with a direct link to your Google profile. Every customer gets the same one.

Example
[Business Name]
Hi [First name], thanks for choosing [Business Name]. Would you take a minute to leave us a Google review?
3
Review shows up

The new review lands on your Google profile and you get notified right away, so you can reply fast.

Example
New Google review

BEFORE WE TALK

Everything you'd want to know. Answered honestly.

I'd rather you have all the answers before we get on a call so we can skip the basics and get straight to what matters for your business.

Is automated review outreach against Google's Terms of Service?
No. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. What it prohibits is filtering who you ask, discouraging negative reviews, or rewarding positive ones. Our system sends the same simple request, with a direct link to your Google profile, to every customer after every job. No filtering, no incentives, and no fake reviews.
How does this actually work?
When a job is marked complete, your customer gets a short text asking them to leave a Google review, with a direct link to your profile. It goes out automatically. If you use job software we can connect, it sends on its own. If not, you add the customer's name and number after the job, which takes about 10 seconds.
How long until I see results?
Reviews can start coming in as soon as the first customers get the request after a job. If you have a customer list from the past year or two, we can send the same request to those past customers too, so people who already worked with you get a chance to say so.
What if I get a bad review?
We notify you the moment a new review arrives so you can respond within minutes. Because every customer gets asked after every job, your reviews reflect your real work, and one unfair review doesn't define your rating. Bad reviews hurt most when you only have a few good ones. The more good reviews you have, the less any single one can move your rating.
How much does it cost?
You're already doing the work. You're already delivering results your customers love. The only thing standing between you and more of them is a Google profile that reflects how good you actually are.

Because Navigate San Diego is built for San Diego businesses, we offer a special local rate of $259 per month versus the standard $299. One extra job a month usually covers it. We can talk through everything on the call.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts, no lock-in. Month to month, cancel anytime. I'd rather earn your business every single month by delivering results than hold you to something you're not happy with.
Is this worth it if I'm already busy?
That's actually the best time to do this. When you're busy you have more customers to ask, and the request goes out while the job is still fresh. Once it's set up, it takes at most about 10 seconds per job, and nothing at all if your job software connects. You stay focused on the work. We handle the rest.

What you're actually getting

This isn't about reviews. It's about becoming the obvious choice.

Here's what changes when your Google profile starts working the way it should.

Not reviews. The end of feeling invisible.

You do great work. You've always done great work. This makes sure the rest of San Diego finally knows it.

Not automation. Your time back.

You didn't start your business to manage your Google profile. The system handles all of it while you focus on the job.

Not a service. Control over your reputation.

No more checking Google and hoping. No more panicking when a bad review lands. You're in the driver's seat.

Not marketing. Predictability.

When your profile keeps getting fresh reviews, customers see an active, trusted business every time they look. Every month, not just the good ones.

One business per neighborhood

Once your spot is taken, it's gone.

I only work with one business per industry in each San Diego neighborhood. That's one plumber, one dentist, one realtor, one roofer, and one of every other kind of business for each neighborhood. That means if you're reading this, your spot is still available. But if a competitor in your area books first, I can't take you on until a spot opens up.

This isn't a sales tactic. It's how you get real results. Once you're in, your competitors can't get the same help, so nothing we do for you ever ends up working for them. It's not a volume game. It's one neighborhood at a time.
